Data Protection Information for Image and Video Recordings
Image and video recordings will be made as part of the “RA Consulting 35th anniversary celebrations”. Below we inform you about the type and purpose of the recordings, the legal basis and your rights.

The images are used for the following purposes:
- Internal image database or image archive
- Internet pages of our company
- Social media channels of our company (LinkedIn, Xing, Youtube, Vimeo)
- Presentation and advertising of our own services
- Our own print media and comparable publications
- Advertising purposes
- Use by the press and media
- Video coverage of the event
Type of recordings:
Photographs and video recordings.
Legal basis of the recordings:
Legitimate interests in the use and disclosure of the recordings for the aforementioned purposes pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f., 85 GDPR in conjunction with §§ 22, 23 KUG.
Forwarding of the data:
We pass on your personal data within our company to the departments that require this data to implement our legitimate interest.
In addition, the following departments may receive your data
– Processors employed by us (Art. 28 GDPR), service providers for supporting activities and other controllers within the meaning of the GDPR, in particular in the areas of IT services, logistics, courier services, printing services, external data centers, support/maintenance of IT applications, archiving, document processing, accounting and controlling, data destruction, purchasing/procurement, customer administration, letter stores, marketing, telephony, website management, tax consultancy, auditing services, credit institutions
Transfer of your data to a third country or to an international organization:
Data processing outside the EU or the EEA does not take place.
Storage period of the image recordings:
The image recordings are stored for as long as is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. The image recordings may be stored internally for an unlimited period of time, e.g. to secure legal claims under copyright law by providing evidence of original recordings and also for reasons of historical documentation. In the event of publication, the images may be published for as long as the respective publication carriers, articles or contributions are publicly accessible.
References to third-party images:
Photographs may also be taken by participants and visitors to the event on their own responsibility. We ask participants to respect each other’s personal rights. Media representatives may be on site during the event and may take photographs on their own responsibility.
We ask you to show particular consideration for minors and not to photograph them or only to photograph them with the consent of their legal guardians or, in the case of young people aged 16 and over, with their consent.
Your rights:
You can assert your right to information or correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of the photographs and can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You can object to the processing of recordings and data concerning you at any time.
