Efficient measurement and calibration with the new versions of DiagRA® X and DiagRA® X Viewer Pro
2024-03-04
Version 1.19 of our measurement and calibration software for ECUs offers a variety of new and improved functions such as MDF markers, XCP resume mode, or flashing ECUs without a reference page. With DiagRA®X and DiagRA®X Viewer Pro, you can benefit from convenient parameter calibration as well as from clear and flexible data visualizations based on ASAM standards, e.g. on the test bench, on test drives, or in ECU development.
What`s new in release 1.19?
MDF markers for more efficient data analysis
DiagRA® X now allows markers to be set during recording. Certain events can thus be highlighted in the measurement file and quickly found again. A marker consists of a timestamp and an optional comment. It can be set manually or via event-controlled actions. All markers are displayed on the oscilloscope’s time axis.
In our powerful data analysis tool, DiagRA® X Viewer Pro, markers can now also be added and managed retrospectively.

Cold start measurement (XCP Resume Mode)
With this new function, you can set up your control unit so that it sends measurement data immediately after starting. If supported by the A2L file, the cold start mode can be activated via the XCP protocol settings. When the measurement is started, the DAQ lists are transferred to the control unit and data acquisition begins immediately after restart.
Extended flash functions
With version 1.19, you can flash even if the device only has a working page and no reference page. Optional checksum validations for code and data, as well as additional options in the protocol settings and the flash dialog, enhance this new feature.
