RA Consulting strengthens platform-independent cloud applications
Secure backend integrations for future vehicle architectures and public infrastructure
Bruchsal RA Consulting, one of the world’s leading automotive specialists in diagnostic software, telematics, and embedded systems, is strategically expanding its cloud portfolio. Against the backdrop of new vehicle architectures, such as Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), and growing system complexity, the German IT service provider is strengthening its offering of platform-independent products. These include scalable backend and web developments for high-performance, secure, and easy-to-maintain IT systems that enable seamless integration into existing toolchains and processes. The solutions are characterized by high performance, user-centered design, easy maintainability, and maximum security-by-design.
As a partner in the EU-funded Real Drive Validation (RDV) project, RA Consulting co-developed middleware for connecting various IoT data sources. The telematics platform, which includes OBDII-based telemetry data as well as camera data, was designed to enable near-real-time transmission of data from the vehicle via teleoperation.

Secure cloud connections to public infrastructures
For public authorities, RA Consulting offers custom cloud applications designed for secure connections to public infrastructures, such as the Silver Snap-Tool for the California Air Resources Board (CARB). As with projects in the automotive industry, these solutions must meet the highest standards of compliance, data protection, and IT security.
