Strategic partnerships and networks
Anyone who encounters the AETA (Automotive Electronics Testing Alliance) logo at a trade show should know about the competency of the network behind it: RA Consulting has formed a global alliance with the US hardware manufacturer Intrepid Control Systems and the software specialists emotive and HighQSoft for state-of-the-art tools for developing automotive electronics. The synergies that arise from this can be used efficiently, for example, in the context of research projects. Additionally each of these partners is committed to developing its own products according to the strict automotive standards ISO, ASAM, and SAE.
In addition to strategic alliances, the close collaboration is further strenghtened by means of holdings. With a keen sense of future trends, RA Consulting acquired shares in emotive GmbH as early as 2012. With the tools developed by emotive to optimize and simplify standardized test procedures, RA Consulting was able to expand its portfolio to include an OTX-based product family. OTX has now established itself as the standard for a platform- and tester-independent description format for executable test sequences in the automotive industry. At the end of 2013, Armin Rupalla initiated a cooperation with Intrepid Control Systems to strengthen sales activities in the US market.
