The job advertisements are up-to-date. In exceptional cases, short-term changes may have to be made to the advertisements, which will then be updated within a very short time.
Our salary structures are based on the market salaries in SMEs. What exactly the starting salary looks like ultimately depends on individual factors, such as your experience.

Yes. Your personal data is safe with us and is stored, managed and protected in accordance with GDPR. This means in concrete terms: Your personal data will be treated with the necessary discretion and will not be misused. We do not ask for more information from you than is necessary and we only keep it for as long as is necessary. You remain in control of all personal data at all times and have the right to view your data or have it deleted.
Yes, you can remove your data from the applicant pool at any time. Contact us and we will delete it as soon as possible.
Your application
You can add all relevant documents to your application using our form. Please upload your documents in PDF format. We definitely need your CV to start with. Other documents such as cover letters or references/certificates underline your qualifications and may be required during the application process.

The interview
We are guided by the generally applicable rules and conduct some of the interviews online. For on-site appointments, we communicate the applicable hygiene measures in advance. If you are unsure or have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
The first online interview usually lasts around 60 minutes.
As part of the Coding Challenge, we will give you a programming task that we would like to use to test your programming skills. However, it is not about the final and perfect solution to the task, but much more about finding out how you work and how you structure yourself. The appointment also serves to get to know you personally, to show you our working environment and to get a feeling for possible teamwork.
In our online interview, we would like to find out more about you, your experience and qualifications. Therefore, prepare yourself for technical questions. We are also interested in your ideas and expectations of us. Of course, we would also like to know your motives and motivation for applying to us. Please make a note of any questions you would like to clarify in advance.
