If your Interface is broken or does not work correctly anymore and you have bought it from RA®, you can send it back to us. We will then forward it to the manufacturer so that it can be checked. If it is within the product guarantee, you will of course receive a new interface. Please note that the guarantee is limited to the terms of the manufacturer.
