DiagRA®-EOL is a system for automatic initiation of cars on the assembly line and at refinishing stations. Depending on the parts list, corresponding set-up procedures must be carried out, which are put together by a configurator which is specific to this vehicle. At the end is a final set-up, with which the control units in the vehicle are programmed. The system is based on our long and well proven diagnostics tool DiagRA® D. The set-up-procedures are script files, which DiagRA®-EOL uses for automatic operating but they also make manual input possible. These scripts can be encrypted to provide for security, if the tool is used in service matters when changing ECUs.

Naturally the well proven diagnostics funktions of DiagRA® D are available. The diagnostics data written in files and automatically generated log-files make it possible to reconstruct all operations. On one hand the customer can build an archiv and on the other hand the communication in the production process or in the aftersales area can be supported. All scripts and protocols can be stored in the appendant Oracle-database-application. Trough other modules functions for reporting and process-controlling as well as third-party systems can be integrated under perpetuation of data security.
Because of the script-controlling DiagRA®-EOL is in particular adaptable to different environments. Adaptions and extensions can be made by briefed engineers of the DiagRA-EOL-operating company.
