As new generations of cars and ECUs are being developed and governmental regulations change and get more complex we believe it to be essential to offer and provide software tools that match those developments and allow the users to profit from new functions.

Therefore we have developed our software maintenance product: It allows you to receive and use all new releases of our DiagRA® MCD toolset within the time of your maintenance period. The standard period is according to the calendar year from the 1st of January to the 31st of December and can be extended year by year. If you decide against software maintenance for some time, it can be taken up again simply by purchasing an update.

But the software maintenance offers you more than just the possibility to use the latest version of our DiagRA® MCD toolset. Included in this contract are support fees that allow you to get the help you need when having trouble with your software tool We make sure that our RA® software software always works on the latest operating systems, supports the latest drivers of your interfaces and is adjusted to the latest governmental standards.
