D/A converter RAdio
With RAdio it is possible to output measurement values accessed by our diagnostics tool DiagRA® D and/or our Silver Scan-Tool™ as analog voltage values. RAdio is attached at the USB port of the computer. The configuration which values have to be given out on which channel and the configuration of the channel scaling can be done with a special mask in DiagRA® D or Silver Scan-Tool™. To be used 8 similar exits with 0-10V/10mA with 16 bits dissolution and 12 digital exits with 12V and maximally 1 ampere.
There are 2 designs available: an encapsulated variant with USB connection (see picture) and an open design, which over a PC104Bus or the USB can be built into a computer system.
Now it is possible to output the measured data from the controllers to external devices or computers with the integrated A/D transducers, for example Mode 1 PID 0C accessed by Silver Scan-Tool™ as standardized voltage of 0-10V. No additional measuring technique and sensor system need to be used. This enormous time saving benefits the actual project.
